Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. Operating hour’s are Monday through Friday 10 AM to 5 PM
Processing Time
Processing time is between 2 and 5 business days. Our Business hours are Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM.
A temporary hold may be placed on orders with differing billing and shipping addresses.
We do request 2-5 business days to process an order, Once the item has been processed, you will receive your USPS tracking number.
Once the checkout process is complete, processing time begins and refunds and cancellations cannot be permitted.
We use USPS Priority shipping (Usually 1-3 day transit time)
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items due to mail carrying series. Once it leaves the Warehouse, FitMella Fitness LLC is no longer responsible for any items.
Customers receiving packages internationally are responsible for any additional fees or tariffs charged by the shipping company.
