Pre-Order Policy

We allow customers to purchase products while in the production phase. With that, any product marked "pre-order" will have a ship date or time frame in the title and item description. Products may ship on or before the date provided. If we experience any manufacturing delays, you will be notified immediately via e-mail.

Once a pre-order item has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail and your order will ship using the method chosen at checkout. Please note, shipping timeframes apply from the date that it is shipped out, not from the date that the order is placed.
